Common Questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Vidimus, go to Settings and tap “Restore Purchases”. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

How does the halo constraint work?

Tap the circular badge on the board to highlight the halo group. The badge piece and all its immediate neighbours must sum to the target shown. Tap “How to Play” in the app for a full walkthrough.

My streak reset — can it be restored?

Streaks are stored locally on your device. If you reinstall the app or change devices your streak will reset. We’re unable to restore streaks manually.
